About Classes

It depends! We will do our best to help you keep your same day and time when your child advances a level. If we can’t, we will work with you to find a new day and time that fits your schedule.

Can I sit on the pool deck to watch my kid?

We offer a comfortable, air-conditioned viewing area for you to watch your child's lessons. However, we kindly request that you avoid participating or engaging with your child during the lesson, as it can be distracting for both the student and the instructor. Building a strong student-instructor relationship is crucial. If you have questions or comments, please feel free to approach the front desk for assistance. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this important courtesy.

Can I wear shoes inside the school area?

Shoes are not allow at the school areas. We do provide slippers at the door area. please change your shoes to ensure everyone's safety and hygiene​​

How do I know what program should my child join?

You can easily visit our Program page to find you program, or give us a Call for more info!

Do I need to change classes when my child changes levels?

What happens if my child is in different level with the others in his or her class?

Don’t worry! Our specially-trained instructors keep observing and teaching every students based on their own progression.

We’re constantly evaluating our students and are very flexible when it comes to working with each child’s individual strengths and weaknesses!

Can I request my child's lessons to be taught by his or her favorite teacher?

We understand that different students respond to different teaching styles and we’ll make sure your child has the opportunity to receive the full learning experience.

While we cannot make any promises, we’ll certainly take your requests into account and try to accommodate your preferences as best as we can.

What happens if my favorite instructor is moved to different lesson time?

Sometimes our instructors need to change working times to accommodate their own life schedules.

However, we can assure you that all of our instructors undergo a thorough hiring process and an extensive training period. You can trust that they’re all fun, patient, and more than qualified to ensure the good experience of our swimmers.

About Enrollment

When can I sign up for lessons?

Anytime! Our swim lessons are on-going throughout the year. We believe that a consistent approach to swimming is important for swim skill development. Contact us to get started now!

When do I need to give a 30-day notice before withdrawing from a class?

Due to the popularity of our swim programs, there is typically a long list of families that are waiting to fill your spot. This advanced notice gives us the time we need to make necessary adjustments to our schedule.

If I need to withdraw, will my preferred time and day be available when I return? 

While we cannot guarantee that there will be an available spot at your preferred day and time, we’ll do everything we can to work with your schedule and preferences.

We recommend that you remain enrolled, even if you do miss a few lessons. We offer make-ups for the classes you do miss and your child would benefit more from some swim lessons rather than none.

When do lessons end?

As we are running programs perpetually instead of seasonally, your lessons will continue until you choose to withdraw from our school. Please note we require a 30-day notification to terminate your classes.

How do I register a class?

Contact us or simply register through our website! Feel free to contact us if you’re unsure of what program / level to sign your child up for.

Do you offer make-ups for missed swim lessons?

Yes, we allow up to 12 make-up lessons per year. You'll need to report your absence through the mobile app or website before the start of your lesson.

You can book your make-up lesson up to 30 days in advance, and it can be used anytime while enrolled with us.

Please note, we cannot guarantee the same instruct or for makeup classes.

What if my child can not make it to the class?

Makeup classes are available only for illness or family emergencies, subject to schedule availability. Please notify us of your absence at least 12 hours in advance via the parent portal. After reporting an absence, a makeup token is issued, valid for one year from the missed class date. Absent can be create in both Website or Mobile App.

Can I change the scheduled after lesson have started?

We understand that families have busy schedules to manage. If you need to adjust your child's swim time, and there is availability at their level, we're here to assist you in finding a more convenient time that suits your schedule.

What do I need to bring to swimming lessons?

You should bring a bathing suit and towel and Goggles. Cap are recommended. 

Do you cancel lessons due to bad weather?

Our usual policy is to remain open even in rainy, sleety, or snowy conditions. However, in the event that we do have to cancel lessons, we will notify you via email. You can also check the status of the classes through our mobile app for updates.

About Payment

When will be program fee be charged?

Fees of the first month will be charged when you register. Fees of subsequent months will be charged 30 days in advance.

What payment method do you accept?

You will be paying with credit cards/ debit cards added in your account to secure the spot perpetually. Please contact our front desk team if you planned to pay in other methods.

Why do I have to pay in advance?

Your payment reserves your enrollment with us and ensures that your child has a place with us.

What if I join the middle of the month / session?

No worries! We’ll adjust your payments as needed to ensure that you’re not overcharged.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not issue these. However, we are glad to hearing from you and we will work with you to alleviate your concern.

Why should my child take swim lessons year-round?

Swim lessons are always in season! Swim lessons are offered year-round because it helps our students maintain and improve their swimming skills and knowledge of water safety. Our perpetual lessons are also convenient as they’re provided on a schedule that works with yours. You’ll always have the option to make changes to your lesson times, if needed.
